A New Adventure Begins

This afternoon we went to closing on our Orlando house.

Finally!

So glad to be done with this.
To say it was stressful would be a gross understatement!

Thank you to everyone that lent an understanding ear and said everything would be alright.
You'll never know how much THAT was appreciated.
I didn't always BELIEVE you,
but I DID appreciate it.

We will take a little R & R time and enjoy stress free apartment living in Jacksonville for awhile,
and then it will be time to decide, after 32 years in Orlando,
(21 years in THIS house)
just where our new home should be.

"Wherever you go, you'll take me, right?"
Yes, little buddy.
You get packed first!!!

  5. Well that's exciting. We went through all that a year and a half ago. It's exhausting and exciting all at the same time.

  12. Congratulations! We're getting the Toronto house ready to sell now, but I'm hoping it will sell quickly and be relatively stress free.

Very wise to take your time about where to settle next. Having an apartment can be very liberating :) And Giroux looks happy!

  13. Congratulations! I've sold a few houses and I know how incredibly stressful it is. It feels like forever because you have no idea of how much longer it is going to take. Enjoy!
